I've just seen David Lebovitz has put a recipe for a rich, ripe looking Vegan Strawberry icecream on his beautiful blog Living the Sweet Life in Paris. It looks great, so as a follow on to Guilty Pleasures I just wanted to post it here so I remember to try it.
It is also another reason to justify the purchase of my dream piece of 1950's-style, energy-consuming, labour saving, unnecessary white good: the ice cream maker.
